This is a prestigious position in which a successful candidate is expected to leverage his/her engineering experience to direct, manage, coach, and instruct the world's top university students in developing innovative products for global market in a virtual classroom. 

The qualified candidate normally had a previous job title similar to Senior Engineer or Engineering Manager/Director, and with product or system design experience in the following fields:

Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Optical Engineering.

Particularly, experience in the following areas is a plus: Big Data (including Hadoop etc.), Machine Learning (including NLP, Deep Learning, etc.), Artificial Intelligence, Nanotechnology, Nanoengineering, Electronics, Robotics, Interactive Devices, Photonics, Autonomous Vehicle, Sensors, IOT (Internet of Things), Wearable Technology, 3D Printing, and other innovation areas.

Additionally, experience in design or prototyping tools such as Solidworks or Arduino is a big plus.

The Adjunct Professor delivers real-time online lectures or creative endeavors to the partnering universities through the most advanced 21st century virtual classroom with a flexible working time. Schedules can be arranged to meet the demands of a working professional who would like to share his/her professional experience in developing the next generation of global engineers. 

A candidate is expected to hold a college degree or above, a minimum of 6 years of full-time engineering experience in a product development environment, excellent communication skills, a strong desire to coach next generation engineers, and a good sense of engineering globalization.
