How to Join the Virtual Classroom

Please follow the instruction below to join the virtual classroom:

Step 1: Click on the virtual classroom link you have received, and fill out your information;

Step 2: Enable your audio and video (The audio and vido icons below will only appear when the class starts and the host is in the virtual classroom):

If the host or other participants cannot hear you, the most common problem is that the system is not using your heatset. Please check it:
